Electromagnetic Turbines have a very complicated crafting process in spite of the simple raw materials required. They are also used for Super-Magnetic Rings and Conveyor Belts Mk.II, both of which are required in huge quantities in the mid-game and late-game, so preparing facilities for producing Electromagnetic Turbines is better to do sooner than later.
