Summary
Proliferators can be sprayed onto items on conveyor belts using a Spray Coater. When sprayed items are used as raw materials to produce the next-level products, proliferation gives extra products or production speedup at the cost of higher power consumption.
Note that for the proliferator bonus to apply, all inputs have to be proliferated. If some inputs have lower proliferation level than others, the lowest among all inputs is used.
