Summary

The Universal Matrix is the last Matrix to be unlocked in the game. To unlock, it requires the Universe Matrix technology.
Unlike other Matrices, the Universal Matrix is created from combining all 5 of the previous Matrices, making it pretty expensive.
You need 4000 of these to "win" the game by completing the Mission Completed! (Tech).
