We need an autonomous battlefield command and a combat support system when Icarus is away from the base.

Summary

Researching Battlefield Analysis Base unlocks the Battlefield Analysis Base building which holds 12 construction bots able to build or repair nearby buildings, and also capable of automatically collecting Dark Fog Debris (subject to the player controlled global filtering).

Early in the game each Battlefield Analysis Base has more construction bots that Icarus and can greatly reduce building times; as well as repairing nearby structures should Dark Fog attack.
