==Summary==
This upgrade effects the Ray Receiver when creating Power or Photons. (The Graviton Lens does not increase Photon production, but does effect Power production.)
Ray Transmission Efficiency can be upgraded an infinite number of times. At level 7 it will give you 81.03% Ray Receiving Efficiency. Upgrading it to level 40 will give you 99.91% Ray Receiving Efficiency.
This calculation comes from the following formula, Ray Receiving Efficiency = 1 - 0.6 * Solar ray basic energy dissipation. Where 0.6 is the factor for 100% continuous receiving.

Reduce the energy dissipation in the solar ray transmission process to improve transmitting efficiency.
