Graphene
Material, Fuel
If one layer of graphene is laid on top of another layer of graphene, through rotation, the double-layer graphene will form a complex repeating structure - a superlattice. Upon rotation to a certain "Magic Angle", the double-layer graphene will become superconductive and become a new type of nano-superconducting material.

Summary
Graphene is an ultra-strong superconductive synthetic material composed of pure carbon in a hexagonal lattice. It is used in a number of advanced recipes and in the manufacture of carbon nanotubes. It can be synthesized in a chemical plant from graphite and sulfuric acid, or from fire ice.

Player Tips & Tricks
- Although Graphene can be used as fuel, its energy value per unit is extremely low--even lower than the ingredients used to make the Graphene. However, the ability to burn Graphene means it can be easily disposed of when extracting Hydrogen from Fire Ice (although in the late game there are more efficient ways to gather Hydrogen in large quantities).
- Graphene may be rarely harvested in small quantities from certain plants. However, this is not a reliable way to get Graphene for even medium-scale production.
