Summary
One of the five basic source codes that keep the CentreBrain simulating, is the foundation of all scientific and technological research.
Being the foundation for all scientific and technological research, the matrix is important to produce large quantities of. The first several will be hand-crafted in a replicator, but should be automated using the Matrix Labs as soon as possible. It is one of the first automation tasks for new players.
See Research for some tips and tricks about using the Electromagnetic Matrix for research.

Player Tips & Tricks
- Electromagnetic Matrices are one of the first steps of automation that a player will ever do.
- Matrix Labs can be stacked. At the base technology level, Matrix Labs can be stacked three high. A stack of three will output 60.0 Electromagnetic Matrices per minute. This is a good base number to shoot for in automation.
